Our main function is the fulfilment of purchase orders – efficiently and quickly. Orders for existing stock are gathered and despatched for next day delivery. New stock is received daily from suppliers around the world. We operate a rotating stock control system.

The warehousing facility is divided into two main sections, reflecting the nature of our business. One section contains shelving for fast moving pharmacy OTC products. The other section contains racking that holds every type of medical equipment from elastic shoe laces to powered wheelchairs. We also have a service department to carryout equipment calibration and repairs.

Each of our Warehouse Operatives is fully trained in every aspect of both sections of the warehouse: from receiving in stock deliveries to gathering orders: triple-checking for accuracy, and packing and despatching the order in a timely fashion.

The warehouse team attend ongoing training – both in-house and externally – in keeping with the company’s occupational health and safety policies and procedures. 

The warehouse works very closely with all sections of the company, including customer service, field sales, and our retail outlets. We must all work together to achieve the company’s ultimate aim: excellence in service. It’s why our customers keep coming back.
