These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd website. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd reserves the right at its discretion to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We invite you to check back periodically to see if any changes have been made.

We supply medical equipment, products, and solutions.
Your contract for the supply of medical products and/or solutions through www.murrays.ie is with Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd and you undertake that all medical products and/or solutions ordered by you are not for resale.
You must be aged 18 or older to purchase from this website. If you are under 18 you may only use this website with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
You warrant that all the details you provide Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd for the purpose of ordering from the company are true, accurate, current, and complete in all regards.
If there are changes to the details you have provided it is your responsibility to inform Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd at the earliest opportunity.
You warrant that the credit/debit card you use is your own.
You agree that email may be used as a long-distance means of communication between you and Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd.
As part of the registration process, you are required to choose a username/email address and password:
- You are entirely responsible for all actions taken under that username/email address and password.
- Only you may purchase from Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd using your individual username/email address and password.
- You must keep your username/email address and password safe and must not reveal them to any other person.
- If you become aware that any other person may know your username/email address and password, you must change your password immediately, which is a facility available to you on the website.
- You remain liable if any other person uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
- You may not transfer or sell your username/email address and password to any other person.
- You may not directly or indirectly permit any other person to use your username/email address and password.
- It is a crime to provide false personal details or a known invalid credit/debit card to place an order with Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd.
Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the website immediately and without notice should you breach any of our terms and conditions.
You agree that if you break any of our terms and conditions – or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website – you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd – and any of our stakeholders – may incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees, if applicable.
When placing an order with Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd, you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to order acceptance and product availability.
All prices are listed on our website and are presumed correct at the time of entering the information. However, Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd reserves the right to change the price of any medical product or solution at any time. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
No contract for the sale of any medical product or solution will exist between you and Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd until we indicate acceptance of your order by dispatching the medical product or solution. Written confirmation of the contract will be by email. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your order. The confirmation email will detail the medical products or solutions ordered; the payment method; the cost – including VAT; and the delivery method.
You must check the details of the confirmation email and contact us immediately if any of the details are incorrect.
All medical equipment, products and solutions are guaranteed for 12 months – from date of receipt – against defects in material or workmanship.
Regular visual checks are recommended to ensure your product is not showing undue signs of wear and tear.
We will process your order on the day of receipt or the next available working day.
The despatch of your order will occur within 2 working days where the goods are available for despatch within our warehouse.
The delivery of your order after despatch will occur within 2 working days and during normal working hours.
While we will process your order without delay, because of the vast and specialist nature of our medical products and solutions, the delivery timeline from when you place your order may vary between 2 and 10 working days. Should the completion of an order be likely to extend beyond 10 days, we will inform you by email.
The delivery will be recorded and insured. Ordered items may be sent separately and therefore you may not receive your entire order in one delivery. However – where a delivery charge is applicable – there is only one single delivery charge per order.
The products will be delivered to the address – and related details – supplied by you on your order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the credit/debit card issuer does not authorise the payment, Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will process your order on the day of receipt or the next available working day. For this reason it is not possible to cancel an order once you have placed it. However, you may follow the normal returns procedure once you have received the order.
In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect delivery or a faulty medical product or solution, Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd undertakes to arrange to collect and exchange the product as quickly as possible and at no additional cost. A delivery of this nature must be reported in writing to Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd within 5 days of receipt. The company will issue you with an official Return Authorisation Reference and arrange to have the product collected and replaced.
Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd will only accept exchanges that comply with the instructions outlined here and in our printed Exchange Instructions which you will receive with your order.
You may return your order or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of the product without reason or explanation. A simple to complete Return Instructions form will arrive with your order that will clearly explain the steps you need to follow should you wish to return your order or part of your order within the 14 days after you have received the order:
- It is at your expense to return the order or part of the order.
- This unconditional returns policy applies only to goods unused and in their original packaging.
- Hygiene products and garments may only be returned if unopened and in their original packing.
Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd will only accept returns which comply with the instructions outlined here and in our printed Return Instructions form which you will receive with your order.
When the goods have been received back, we will refund your credit/debit card charge.

In accessing Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd web pages, you agree that you may only download permissible content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You may not copy, broadcast, download, store in any format, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without prior written permission of a Director of Murray’s Medical Equipment Ltd.
We do not accept liability – except where set out below – for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications, and descriptions of the medical products and solutions at any time and without notice.
If an error has occurred and is discovered in the price of the medical product or solution that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price that appears on this website is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and that your order has been cancelled. You will also be advised of the correct price of the item in question and you may place a new order is you wish.
If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances outlined in this clause, we will refund you the (incorrect) amount.
Call for Price products are not subject to discount either through promotion or newsletter registration.
In the event that you receive items which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that you ordered, we undertake to rectify the error provided that you inform us of the problem in writing within 5 days of receipt of the order. You will be required to return the damaged or defective items, which we will arrange to have collected at no cost to you. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
We take every measure possible to provide accurate product images for each medical product and solution on this website. However, due to a number of IT factors – such as the browser type and version you are using, and the age and setting of your screen monitor – we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in the reproduction of the colour between the image and the actual product.
The medical products and solutions sold on this website are intended for private domestic and consumer use only. Thus, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of this website.
We take every measure to prevent internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers and systems.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of your order, or whereby the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, flood, fire, internal or external labour or service disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, government actions, and any other similar events.
We make no warranty that this website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the hosting server are free of viruses or computer bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content through this website.
