Customer Service – Medical Equipment

Our specialist administration team provides a comprehensive service to the medical profession: including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and nursing, etc. Their requirements might include: specialist therapy equipment and supplies, powered wheelchairs and ramps, hoists, profiling beds, and bath lifts, etc. Or just a single item from our immense ‘aids to daily living’ range. We have over 20,000 products to choose from. Our strength lies in being proactive. Our customers know that they can depend on us. For example, should a customer order a discontinued product, we will immediately inform them and suggest an alternative; we can email the customer an image and specification of the alternative product on the spot. The customer is then in a position to make a quick and informed decision, and their original purchase order need not be delayed. In unison with the Field Sales Executive team we coordinate product demonstrations for professional assessment; and provide training manuals and information packs. We also organise expert onsite training, and technical support and servicing. We issue product specifications and user information, and equipment prescription forms. Quotation requests are completed and returned in one day. We work closely with our external stakeholders, and are flexible and creative in meeting their specific requirements. Another aspect of our work is the company’s retail division. With continuing State budgetary cutbacks, many clients now privately source and purchase their ‘aids to daily living’ products. We serve their needs directly through our online shopping website, our retail showroom outlets in Dublin 1 and Dublin 24, and countrywide via community pharmacies and other specialist retailers
